Accessibility Statement
What we have built in, what still needs work, and how to reach a person if something blocks you.

We want every part of this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
1. Standard we aim for
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not claiming certified conformance; we are describing the standard we build and test against.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a single logical heading order on every page.
- A visible “skip to content” link as the first focusable element.
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, accordions and the contact form, with visible focus outlines.
- Text and interface colours checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their backgrounds.
- Descriptive alternative text on all meaningful images; decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labelling.
- All motion, including the hero zoom and scroll reveals, disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
- Text reflows to a single column at 320px width and remains readable at 200% zoom.
3. Known limitations
Our data tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens, which is not ideal for magnification users. We are working on a stacked alternative. Some PDF spec sheets sent to wholesale customers are not yet tagged for screen readers; ask and we will send the same information as plain text or HTML.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, email hostmaster@origin.roozspices.com or call 303-384-7649. Describe the page and what happened; we aim to respond within two business days and to fix genuine barriers within thirty days. We will also happily take an order over the phone.
5. Alternative formats
Catalog, pricing and allergen information is available in large print or plain text on request at no charge.
